Jeep tour in jungle

Hi, still from Paraty. Very intersting day again. We took a jeep tour today - just the 3 of us, local guy Carlos and bugy (some kind of jeep). We all enjoyed the day. He took us to 3 waterfalls, Olga Adrenalina slided down a natural tobogan at the falls. Our ride was thruogh a jungle, so you can imagine what great nature we saw. And we also saw a snake, cobra. As I am not really a friend of snakes I was glad that we saw it from our jeep and that the only thing we saw was its tail :)

Besides the nature Carlos was the attraction of the day. A guy in his 50s from SAo Paulo, living in Paraty. He was incredibly nice, showing us those beautiful spots, took us to a lunch (we paid 45 R$ and just to compare, yesterday in a restaurant 190 R$). He really like us so after the official tour he also took us to the historical city center and 2 beaches of the Paraty. Thank you Carlos for that beautiful day.

It was also a good chance to practice Portuguese, specially for Olga (she is really goooood) and Tina. They were good girls and learned quite a lot. I 'm a bit sorry now that a was such a lazy bone and didn1t learn more. Thanks to my knowledge of Italian language, at least I can understand them. People are so nice and they try to talk to you, but... in Portuguese. Yesterday we had some difficulties finding our hostel and they were asking how they could help us and really tried to do something but they do not understand a word hostel, so... We were our only help :)

I made a lot of great photos but this computer is soooo slow that I wouldn't dare to torture him with uploading pics. Sorry, you will have to be patient.
