Bom dia a tudo

... my non-Slovenian speaking friends.
I hope I'm not promising too much and I will be able to activate my English-writing side of the brain during my cant-wait-to-get-there holidays.
I have my best intentions but if I fail... forgive me for I have sinned...

Well... Want to know where are we going?

On the 12th December (that's already in 4 days!!!!!!!!!!) we are flying Brussels-Lisbon-Rio de Janeiro. We will stay there only for the fist night, than we are going further to south. There are some nice little places definitely worth of out attention - Trinidade, Paraty and L'Iljo grande. And they are all on the beach. Yes, on the beach. Do you hear that, Luxembourg??!?!! Yes, I know... those of you who live in Australia maybe not so special, but living in Lux and suffering from "i-really-do-miss-the-sun-and-the-beach" syndrome... Wooow!!!

OK, let's move on. Next stop are the Iguassu Falls, the closest we will get to Argentina and I guess also to the mosquitoes. Not that I'm too excited about that bzzzzz bzzzzz. But we are armed sufficiently to fight that battle.

After the Iguassu the Three Musketeers will take a plane to Salvador de Bahia. There we will meet friend of Olga's friend, Marcia. She's already been very helpful with all kind of info on Brazil and she promised to take us round the city. And also to help us arrange some trekking in Chapada Diamantina. We have found sth on the internet but she says there are only the most expensive agencies, so it's better to arrange it there.

From Salvador to Morro de Sao Paulo, a nice little island where we will have our new year's party. This has been my great wish for a long long time - to sing happy new year on the beach and of course not freezing doing that. And we are staying in this pousada.

From Chapada Diamantina and Salvador we will go south to get back to Rio de Janeiro. No detailed plans yet, just to spend some 3-4 days in Rio.

Back from Rio de Janeiro-Lisbon-Brussels on the 11th January 2008 (waw, 2008 !!!).
So... What do you think?
